2017 was the year of some killer street art pieces. I have shared my favorites on LIA throughout this year. Here are my top picks of this year.
Paris has some strong museum game but I highly recommend you put the 13th district on your must see list… its open 24/7, free to all and there’s no queues… I’m very proud to be part of this new era of Paris history along with a line up of amazing artists… All thanks to the Mayor of the 13th and Mehdi @galerie_itinerrance Respect to all involved. @rebelsalliance @sprayingbricks
When I saw this location I knew it was going to be difficult to paint but the texture & obstructions make it the dream canvas for my work. ? @tonyowczarek ——– The Alpha Project. Over the last few months I’ve been working on a series of walls in an old paper mill. This was a dream project; a giant abandoned site where I could paint whatever I saw fit. Big thanks to @taubmans for supplying the paint and to @yarrabend_ for giving me access.#rone #ronealpha #yarrabend

So yeah… this just happened. I’m sure it’s my biggest wall to date but others say no, but def my first time focussing on Eastern European traditional clothing, utilising a beautifully bruised and battered building facade to dictate the style of painting and receiving lots of love (and treats) from locals both young and old. #bratislavastreetartfestival was super tiring but an absolute blast. Special thanks to model/muse @lindagunisovafor her help in getting the right look/photo.
“Neighbors” about 30x95ft (10x30m) freehand spray in Forshaga, Värmland, Sweden with #Artscape2017 My models (left to right) are Meghan, Chante, and Naiche from @HowlingWoodsFarm thanks so so so much to the whole @artscape_festival for having me and taking such good care of everything and thank you @fredrikakerberg for the crazy photos! #bkfoxx
